Anyone Know How To Contact Keen & Graev

For some time now every time I attempt to leave a comment or access a page other than the one I arrived on from the feed reader, I get a 403 Forbidden message:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I’d like to let them know in case it’s not just me, there are other commenters leaving comments, so the blog is working… just not for me.
