Open Beta is Go
Posted by Stropp on September 7, 2008As of a few minutes ago, Mythic has launched the Open Beta.
All the servers are plugged in, the switches have been turned on, and the cords anchored down so no-one can trip over them.
I’ve heard, only a rumor since I’m just about to log in, that all player characters created over Preview Weekend+ have been preserved. I guess I’ll see if that’s true in a couple of minutes.

Well yet again us EU players suffered at the hands of poor management. This is a mess and there are alot of unhappy gamers out there.
I managed to pick up an open beta key from a website but I have friends who bought the CE for the sole reason to get a bit of open beta time….. they aint been able to log on either
I really really hope GOA dont mess this game up for us Europeans

I may have to sneak home at lunch and play some RvR
